DUAL TONE WARNING BELL WITH FLASHER

SCOPE :-

Earlier Electro Magnetic Bells were in operation at level crossing Gates, having less output and needed lot of maintenance. To over come these problems, the Dual Tone Warning Bell With Flasher system was developed. It is mainly designed for cautioning the traffic at Level Crossing Gates to indicate that the gates are closed for Pedestrians & other traffic as Trains are nearing the gates by providing Audio & Video Indication.

FEATURES :-

1. It works on 110V AC / 50Hz.
2. Compact & Robust M.S. Cabinet duly Epoxy powder coated is used.
3. Glass Epoxy P. C. Board coated with moisture proof special lacquer & Green masking is used to protect from Hot Sun & Heavy Rain.
4. Solid State Circuitry for continuous operation is used.
5. The unit generates distinctive intermittent Warbling Tone to a capacity around 15 Watt Output.
6. Flasher will give around 60 pulses per minute.
7. Horn of 40 Watt & 8 Ohms Impedance capacity is used for sound Output.
8. For Video indication, connection is given to flash the bulb.
9. SS Relay of 10 Amp capacity is used for Output of Flasher.
10. “Com – NO” is given on connector for Flasher.
11. Superior quality industrial type 10 Amp connector is used.
