DESK TYPE 2 WIRE 12 WAY DTMF TELEPHONE – IRS: TC:80-2000 Approved In Part – II

SCOPE: –

For communication between 12 points on 2 wire [Omnibus Principles] with other facilities like any point to any point as well for more than two points conversation 12 Way DTMF Intercom System is developed to replace outdated & cumbersome operational – Magneto Telephones, & is also  registered with RDSO Lucknow. It is possible to interface Electronic Magneto Telephone with Microwave and Optical Fibre System. The UNIT is housed in an aesthetic telephone cabinet moulded of ABS plastic powder.

FEATURES: –

1. The system works on Regulated 12V DC supply to each Telephone Unit.
2. This system is housed in an aesthetic telephone Cabinet of ABS plastic material.
3. Glass Epoxy PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD [P.C.B.] is used for better environmental performance.
4. Ferrite core Transformer is used for miniaturization and better quality performance.
5. The Telephone Unit has Trans & Receive speech circuits.
6. Electro dynamic Transducers for both Transmitter & Receiver are used.
7. Visual & Audio Indications:
   a)   RED LED [5mm] – power supply indication irrespective of handset is ON Hook or OFF Hook.
   b)   Green LED [5mm]  – Incoming Ring & Buzzer for audible tone.
8. Equipment should be protected from:
   a)    Surge & transients current from lightning.
   b)    Acoustic protections to receiver.
   c)    Reverse Polarity.
9. The volume level of the buzzer can be adjustable in three steps (Low, Medium & High).
10. It has standard push button dial of 4×3 matrix with digits.
11. Advance Technology is incorporated for
    a)   Instant & Multi Lines Communication
    b)   To receive signals (Incoming Ring) from any caller unit, even if for any reasons, the Hand Set may be OFF the cradle, Audio/Video indications are received.
    c)   Low Power Consumption & Current Consumption.
12. Solid State Circuitry gives uniform & undistorted amplification of transmitting & receiving signals from every telephone unit.
13. Very clear & sufficiently louder signal [conversation] reception.
14. If two or more telephone units (of the system) transmit ringer signal simultaneously to two different Nos., ringer signal will not pass to any telephone Unit.
15. Individual switching system for each telephone unit.
16. Very easy to install & operate for communication between any 10 telephone units of the system.
17. DTMF is incorporated for Signaling.
18. The system works on only 2 wires on Omnibus Principles.
19. It can work on Optical Fibers / MW Channel / Cables.
